We didn't build this tool because we saw a market. We built it because we needed it ourselves — and it didn't exist.
Interaktiv GmbH is a digital agency based near Cologne, Germany. For 25 years and with a team of 25, we have built open-source software for universities, research institutions, and public educational bodies across Europe.
When we began coordinating our own Erasmus+ KA2 projects, we quickly realised that the application process was consuming weeks of our team's time — time we wanted to spend on the actual project work.
Generic AI tools hallucinated EU regulations and produced generic, structurally weak text. Bringing in external consultants raised questions about programme rules. So we built the tool we needed instead.

European data sovereignty
All data processed and stored on EU servers. We do not sell, share, or use your project content to train AI models. Your draft is yours.
Deterministic where it matters
Structural requirements, scoring thresholds, and application rules are checked by code — not trusted to AI memory. What the rules say is what the tool enforces.
Grounded in real Erasmus+ practice
We are active members of CPD — the Conference on Project Development — a European network of VET institutions, universities, and companies that develop Erasmus+ projects together.
In the last few years, the network has collectively developed more than 200 project ideas, submitted 150 applications, and delivered 50 funded projects. This is where erasmusplus.ai was born: out of the real frustrations and hard-won lessons of people who write these applications for a living.

erasmusplus.ai is built by the team at Interaktiv GmbH — 25 people combining software engineering, UX design, and hands-on Erasmus+ project coordination.
We have spent 25 years building software for European education institutions. We know what it feels like to face a March deadline with a half-finished application — because we have been there ourselves. That experience is built into every part of this tool.
We are based near Cologne, Germany. All development, infrastructure, and data processing takes place within the European Union.
